Right from the basic interface, Westworld Mobile shows a large similarity between the “Delos” research facility and the “Vault” structure in Fallout Shelter. Character design and gameplay also have many similarities. Especially, Westworld Mobile got many errors like Fallout Shelter encountered when it was first released.

Almost immediately, Bethesda decided to file a lawsuit in the district court of Maryland (USA). It is known that two games are made at the hands of a developer, Behaviour Interactive, in which Fallout Shelter was produced in 2014 and it is possible that Behaviour Interactive took advantage of an old code to make a new game.
While, Westworld Mobile still releasing two versions for iOS and Android for free.
