Looks like we’re halfway through the League of Legends 2020 update cycle. LoL 10.12 patch has landed on the MOBA’s servers, bringing with it a new intense High Noon skin, as well as a new skin. a series of changes to champions and runes. And as usual, update 10.13 has arrived on the PBE in two weeks of testing. It’s time to discover what’s new in the League of Legends 10.13 update.

LoL 10.13 update changes
1. Champion change
– Kog’Maw – buffed
Caustic Spittle (Q): AP ratio increased to 70% from 50%
Living Artillery (R): AP ratio increased to 35% from 25%
– Nunu and Willump – buffed
Consume (Q): AP damage ratio increased to 65% from 50%. AP healing rate for both minions and monsters heal increased to 90% from 70%
Absolute Skill (R): This ability’s shield now has 150% AP ratio
2. Change in runes
– Conquerer (Precision Keystone)
Effect: max. Stacks increased from 10 to 12
Adaptive Force per stack reduced to 1.7 – 4.2 from 2 – 5

– Pool Party JARVAN IV
– Pool Party Heimerdinger
– Orianna Pool Party
– Pool Party Syndra
– Pool Party Taliyah

As reflected in the League of Legends 2020 update schedule, LoL 10.13 update will go live on Wednesday, June 24, 2020. Maintenance periods are unconfirmed, but they usually start at 03. :00 AM PT for NA servers, 05:00 UK for EUW servers and 03:00 CET for EUNE servers and, for about three hours.
