Being a big fan of Call of Duty, YouTuber repeatedly asked the developer to remake the Die Rise map in Black Ops 2 Zombies but received no response. Now, the guy has come up with a much more “outstanding” way – renting the entire billboard right outside the office Treyarch in downtown Los Angeles to get developers’ attention. I don’t know how effective it is, but at least it shows the dedication and dedication of this YouTuber.

Treyarch regularly remakes old Zombies maps as well as other classic maps in World at War and Call of Duty: Black Ops, however, not many maps in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 enjoy that privilege. So it’s not surprising that a lot of fans are asking the developer to pay more attention to Black Ops 2 and YouTuber “JohnyJ25” is one of them. Die Rise was originally released as part of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2’s Revolution DLC and was loved by many for its detail and high entertainment. He even set up his own website to request and at a Twitter bot account to check daily if the map has been redone but still no progress.

Unwilling to leave it as it is, the YouTuber took his campaign to the next level by purchasing a billboard in Santa Monica, CA to request a remap of the map, moreover, the billboard location. This is also extremely special as it is located right outside the official Treyarch offices. The slogan of this billboard is: “Hey 3arc, remaster Die Rise!”, below is a list of people who have donated to GoFundMe to help pay for the sign. It is not known if the developers will rethink the remake of Die Rise after this, but at least it shows the enthusiasm of the player community. YouTuber “JohnyJ25” himself also explained that this is merely the wish of the fan community, and has no ill intentions towards the Treyarch development team.
