Recently, Blizzard has officially announced the Storm Rising event in Overwatch. You will join the PvE plot: chasing the dangerous criminal gang Talon, Maximilion, with a squad of Tracer, Winston, Mercy and Genji. Like previous Archive events, this time Overwatch will bring new skins for the characters.
The 5 Overwatch members appearing in the game’s first roster since 2016 will receive the Storm Rising skins: McCree, Soldier: 76, Bastion, Junkrat, and Zarya. New game characters also have skins in this Archive event including Moira, Ashe, Baptiste and Hammond. Here are the details of each character’s skin:

Overwatch’s Storm Rising event kicks off April 16, 2019, set in Havana. This Archive will last until the end of May 6, 2019.
Storm Rising is part of the Overwatch Archives series of events: featuring story-focused PvE co-op missions. They often recount the past of the characters before the Overwatch organization disbanded. If you wanted to join the previous Archives, part of the Overwatch Uprising and Overwatch Retribution quests is now playable with Storm Rising as well.
