The song in praise of ENCE Esports quickly went viral after the Finnish team finished runner-up at the IEM Katowice Major.
The Verkkars’ song “EZ4ENCE (kannatuslaulu”) is ranked 4th on Spotify’s top 50 songs in Finland.At the time of writing, it has been listened to over 47,000 times after being popularized at the CSGO Major in Katowice, Poland. This song was played when ENCE came out on stage before the final match against Astralis.
Unfortunately for ENCE, this song as well as the Polish audience cheering for them could not help them overcome the No. 1 world champion. Astralis easily won 2-0, claiming their third Major title and second Major in a row.

Although ENCE lost, EZ4ENCE continues to be hot in Finland, surpassing famous songs in the world such as Ariana Grande’s ‘7 rings’ and Lady Gaga’s ‘break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored’, and ‘Shallow’ by Bradley Cooper. It seems that the EZ4ENCE meme is becoming more popular, not just the hashtags of Twitter and Reddit – this is a cultural phenomenon initiated by the CSGO community.
