The developer drodostudio of the Dota Auto Chess mod has just released a new update to change the recent Elf spam tactics. Along with that, it helps new players better understand combos.
Race/Class stat tracking is now added to the game. They show up on the courier bar and let the player know what kind of pieces he has on which board. When hovering the mouse over the icons, it will show instructions on how many class/race bronzes you need to receive the buff.
Battle Fury is a new item added to the game. This is an item suitable for melee heroes, the way it works is like Dota 2, but the formula is simplified. Auto Chess Battle Fury is created from Perseverance (Void Stone and Health Ring combined) plus Demon Edge.
Stats of Battle Fury in Dota Auto Chess:
+30 Damage, melee attacks deal 50% lane damage within 2 cells
+10 HP healing
+100% mana when dealing damage
Update for Class/Race:
- Increased Deadly Shot (Hunter bonus) bonus damage from 25%/25% to 25%/30%
- Evasion balance (Elf bonus) from 25%/25%/25% to 20%/25%/30%
- Goblin: Nanobots (6 Goblin bonus) now apply to all allies instead of just goblins
- 2 star and 3 star Dragon Knight’s splash damage percentage reduced from 75% to 50%
- Reduced additional damage taken from Stone Gaze from Medusa, from 30% to 20%
- Reduces Slark’s Pounce cooldown by 2 seconds, equalizes disarm duration from 3/5/7 seconds to 5 seconds
- Slark base armor increased from 0 to 5
Item and bug fixes:
- Dagon now has a cooldown of 15/12/9/6/3 seconds for Level 1/2/3/4/5
- Added new item: Battle Fury
- Fixed a bug in Hood of Defiance’s description. Now correctly showing +15 HP healing
- Fixed a bug where the Friend Rankings sometimes didn’t show up
- Fixed an issue where showing the total amount of gold on the game’s scoreboard did not include the pieces you’ve sold
- Fixed a bug that caused Broadsword to recover more mana
