Cyberpunk 2077 – Bored of developers, gamers make Mods to change character’s hairstyle

From its release to the present, the least shocking of all the shocks of Cyberpunk 2077 is the fact that players cannot change the character’s hairstyle in a world where people freely replace body parts for beauty or profit. Modders, as usual, have found a temporary solution to the above nonsense.

Readers can download the mod “In-game Haircuts” made by modder woodbricks on NexusMods and follow the instructions to change character appearance mine. The mod doesn’t actually get the character to get a haircut in the game, but will provide instructions on how to use a hex editor to change the character’s hairstyle in the save file, then upload it without closing the game. However, be careful while editing because if V is bald, this hairstyle will stay the same. The male character V can use female-only hairstyles and vice versa.

It is strange that changing the character’s hairstyle can only be done through the mod considering the depth of character creation in Cyberpunk 2077, the game really lacks a common feature. “In Night City, style is everything. But the only way to change your style is to wear different clothes.”​
