Another MDL tournament has come to an end and it has seen Team Liquid revive – the team that almost disappeared in the first half of this Dota 2 season.

From the group stage to the final, he was one of the most important factors in Liquid’s success. Team Europe took first place in the group and started the playoffs in the winner’s bracket: Liquid beat Royal Never Give Up in the semifinals and Evil Geniuses in the winner’s bracket final and grand final.

Game 2 is faster. Liquid won in 20 minutes to take a 2-0 lead in the BO5 series. However, the team cannot defeat the opponent. EG responded in game 3 with a quick push formation with RTZ holding PA, pushing into Liquid’s tier 3 turret from the 11th minute. EG’s Chen-Enigma-Kunkka pushed Liquid into game 4. EG used the same draft this time around. , with Chen and PA, forcing expert KuroKy to ban Enigma, while getting himself Troll Warlord and Magnus. Miracle- controls Troll in safelane, and MATUMBAMAN goes mid with Lone Druid. Team Liquid kept the networth advantage throughout the match and continuously put pressure on EG, to end the finals with a 3-1 victory.

Both Liquid and Evil Geniuses will meet again at DreamLeague Season 11, StockHolm Major. This will also be Liquid’s first full-person DPC tournament. Liquid missed the first Major of the season and had to play the Chongqing Major as a stand-in due to Miracle- being unable to attend due to personal reasons.
