The Dota 2 Reddit community is flooded with posts asking Valve about when to release the Battle Pass for The International this year.
Although The International 2020 has been postponed, according to a blog post from April 30, 2020, Valve confirmed the Battle Pass will be available although we don’t have an exact date for TI10. With announcements falling in late April and Battle Pass launches for the last three years falling in the first half of May, the Dota community expects this year’s Battle Pass to follow a similar schedule.
However, Valve has made it clear that work has been slowed down because people have to work from home, the company predicts that the Battle Pass will be out at least a few weeks later than the original time.
No official word was given until May 21, when a Valve developer member responded to a Reddit post titled: つ ◕◕ ༽つ Summon the Battlepass ༼ つ ◕◕ ༽つ
According to this comment, the Battle Pass TI10 will be available “early next week”. This claim is real and it was shared by Wykrhm Reddy on Twitter.
