Twitch adds survivor count filter to PUBG stream

Watching PUBG on Twitch has become so familiar to many fans of the game. But we have to be honest with ourselves, the first phase (loot, running around) is very boring. For viewers who want to see the action right away, Twitch has added a filter feature.

Twitch now allows you to filter PUBG streams by the number of survivors in the game, with the option to be over 50, 25-50, or less than 25. This allows viewers to participate in streams that already have matches. More than half of the game has been played. In addition, you can filter for squad, duo and solo games.

Currently, Twitch only has so many features to filter, but users have come up with many more solutions, including the ability to find streams by map or number of viewers. Twitch will have to consider these ideas, but let’s hope the streaming service creates new ways for viewers to choose streams more easily.

As for the new information in PUBG, the developer has just announced the official name of the new map. Originally codenamed “Savage”, this 4x4km map is called Sanhok. According to the description of PUBG Corp: Sanhok combines the Thai word “fun” with the Filipino word “chicken”. The new map will be put back into testing soon.

Previously, PUBG publisher announced to lock the exchange system after some parties abused its vulnerability. There is evidence that players are selling items through third-party websites leading to this suspension. However, the Steam Market system continues to operate.
