This week’s free game on the Epic Games Store is the famous BioShock trilogy

BioShock: The Collection will take the player to travel to the cities of Rapture and Columbia in BioShock Remastered, BioShock 2 Remastered and BioShock Infinite: The Complete Edition. The collection also includes all additional single-player content. Players can receive BioShock: The Collection from May 27 to June 2.

In BioShock Remastered, players will travel to the undersea city of Rapture, which was once a paradise for society’s greatest minds. Unfortunately, this place has turned into a dystopian nightmare due to Andrew Ryan’s hubris. Set in the 1960s, the player transforms into the main character Jack, who is stranded on a plane that plunges into the ocean near Rapture. Jack soon discovers many enemies are haunted by ADAM, a genetic material used to gain superhuman strength. On the way to escape, the player will face sluggish Big Daddies and decide whether to save the Little Sisters or not.

The sequel, BioShock 2 Remastered, is also set in Rapture and takes place eight years after the events of the first film. Players will control an armored character named Subject Delta and need to find the Little Sister Eleanor or die. While searching for Eleanor, Subject Delta came into contact with the Splicers, the Big Sisters, and the Lamb’s Rapture Family, a team created by Eleanor’s mother.

Bioshock Infinite: The Complete Edition is the third game in the series. Set in 1912, the game follows Booker DeWitt as the character is sent to the aerial city of Columbia to find a young woman named Elizabeth. After rescuing the girl, the duo engages in a class war between the Founders who rule Columbia and the rebels representing the city’s lower classes. Throughout the game, DeWitt and Elizabeth are both protected by a large bird-like robot known as the Songbird.​
