What is Runic Power mode in PUBG Mobile?

In this Runic Power PUBG Mobile game mode, players will have to collect Rune Crystals to possess special powers in battle. Players will receive three special power options to use, the options are Flame rune, Arctic rune and Wind rune.

The player can only choose one of these runes per match. After combining crystals, the player can gain special powers of runes to gain the upper hand in the match. There are two types of special abilities per rune, Summon and Increase Skills. Rune energy is required to use abilities, so players will have to search for shards throughout the map to recharge their energy bars, using their special abilities. Dead players will be able to be resurrected in the Research Station.

The ability of each Rune of Runic Power mode in PUBG Mobile

1. Flame rune/Magma wheel
– Summoning skills: Summons a wheel of fire made of metal and slowly rolls forward. It deals minimal burn damage like the Molotov cocktail to enemies it touches. The player can also use it as a shield. It lasts for 30 seconds.
– Increase skills: Adds fire and burning effect to the player’s ammo, increasing damage. It deals additional damage to the head guard.

2. Arctic runes
– Summoning skills: Summons a wall of ice. Each ice wall can be destroyed by separate bullets. When a wall of ice appears, it can lift players or vehicles above them. This wall is great for shields, the duration of the wall is 30 seconds
– Increase skills: Adds a freezing effect to Ammo for a short duration. Freezing reduces the healing effect, the healing effect of the item. It also deals additional fire wheel damage from the Flame rune’s summoning skill.

3. Wind runes
– Summoning skills: Summons a transparent shield or wind shelter to block projectiles and reduce bullet damage from outside the shield. The player can shoot normally from within the shield. Shield duration is 1 minute (60 seconds)
– Increase skills: Increases player’s movement speed and reloads. It also increases damage to ice walls from Arctic rune summon
