The Binary Star appeared in patch 10.13 and wasn’t exactly a very popular Galaxy either. So it will be on the cutting board in the new version 10.17 and give way to a whole new Galaxy with quite interesting effects.

1. All players start with 1 Gold Shovel

Riven gets a little buff to stay in line with his 4 money mainstay, while Gangplank and xerath both get the right buffs/nerfs for more balance.

6. Equip

  • Colossal Power: Reduces stacks to 25 (but still takes 2% damage per stack and 25 armor/magic resistance at max stacks)​

In general, it’s natural for Fist of Justice to be nerfed when this item proves to be too strong after being buffed buffs in the last version. But there is a strange thing that the Giant Power suddenly ate nerf even though this is only a situational item and is rarely prioritized for pairing.​
