16. The Fastest Boat

To complete this mission, you and Tommy must steal the only speedboat in the city for Diaz.

Implementation: Get a car and move to the pink location on the map. Destroy those who stand in the way, infiltrate Vice Harbor, take out the rest of the defenders and bring the ship back to Diaz.

17. Supply & Demand

Diaz asks Tommy and Lance to use the stolen speedboat to get to the drug dealer. After that, Tommy must protect the ship from other drug dealers while Lance steers the ship back to Diaz’s mansion.

Execution: Get on the speedboat and run straight ahead, turn left, lower the two boats and continue the journey. After a few more turns, a group of soldiers will appear, quickly knocking them down and also the reinforcement helicopter. Then deal with all the fugitives to complete the quest

18. Death Row

A surprise happened when Lance tried to assassinate Diaz, but failed. He was captured and tortured in an undisclosed location. Tommy’s mission this time is to rescue Lance and bring Lance to the hospital before he dies.

Action: Immediately look for the letter K on your radar, it’s Kent Paul – he’ll give you information about where Lance is being held by Diaz. Then get a bulletproof car with some toys and go to the garbage area. Here you will be fiercely attacked, rush straight at them, jump out to destroy those holding Lance, put him on a nearby Sentinel and rush back to the hospital to complete the mission.

19. All Hands On Deck!

A breathtaking action, but extremely great if you are bored with your limbs, and also the last mission before Tommy moved to work for another boss. Cortez is going abroad by sea, and he asks for your protection.

Execution: Defend the side and rear of the ship, then take out a few planes and finally the Apache. Shoot down this ship quickly and move forward, after you blow up all the other ships to make way for Cortez, the mission is over.

20. Rub Out

Tommy decided to join Lance to attack Diaz’s mansion and kill him, taking over the mansion and his location.

Implementation: A pink circle will appear outside Diaz’s mansion, stand in it and wait for Lance to appear. You’ll get a weapon from him and you’ll both kill about five guys stationed in the front yard, three on the right, two in the room, three more when going up the stairs, and finally 6-7 close friends of Diaz. Kill them all and finish the mission.

21. Shakedown

Word of Diaz’s death quickly spread widely. And this is the time when Tommy must take action to prove himself as a replacement, as the new boss of this area.

Implementation: Just 5 minutes and smashing through all the glass doors in the stores in the North Mall area, a little fear and violence will help you to be recognized and officially become their boss.

22. Bar Brawl

Tommy must kill two guards in the Ocean Beach tavern and destroy members of the DPB security.

Execution: Go into the pink circle, get some grenades, unbolt, throw at the target, end the mission. Very simple!

23. Cop Land

Tommy and Lance must bomb a building near Tarbush Coffee and escape from the police.

Action: Lure two policemen into a garage, steal their clothes and drive to the pink location. Place the bomb and get out of there as quickly as possible. At this time, the police will discover and chase two people. To ensure the completion of the mission, you must keep Lance and Tommy alive, and escape the pursuit of the police.

24. Love Juice

Tommy meets Kent Paul and is introduced to the band Love Fist. The band wanted a special drug called Love Juice and wanted Tommy to get it for them. However, the drug dealer is a crook and cunning. With no other choice, Tommy was forced to “deal” with him and bring back the drugs.

Action: Get a car and go to the pink light spot. When the delivery guy runs away, chase and kill him. Then go to pick up Mercedes, you only have a maximum time of 1 minute 30 seconds to bring both her and the medicine back to complete the task.

25. Psycho Killer

Kent Paul and the Love Fist group inform Tommy that a psychotic killer wants to harm the Love Fist group. Drive the limo to the singing event and try to find the psychopath.

Implementation: The stalker is quite cunning, it is difficult to detect him without using a trick. Unlike other missions, this time the target does not appear on the map, so use the band’s Limo to lure him to appear, then destroy.

26. Alloy Wheels of Steel

After the terrorist incident, Love Fist wanted to increase security by hiring more bodyguards, and that was the Biker gang. The problem is that this group only agrees if Tommy wins them in a race.

Implementation: Since this is a racing challenge, your side does not need to use violence, just don’t drive too fast and master the speed and balance at important turns, you will easily win.

27. Messing with the Man

An interesting task for Tommy this time, is that he has to stir jubilantly, causing chaos in the whole city within 2 minutes.

Implementation: Extremely simple and probably perfectly suited to our character. Get a tank, go inside, and drive it around the city, bombarding all you want until you reach 6 stars.

28. Hog Tied

Mitch wants Tommy back his favorite car stolen by a gang. His car is kept at a complex located behind the Ammu-Nation Municipality.

Implementation: The perpetrator of this case is none other than the Shark gang. You will have to perform action sequences that can only be seen in movies, such as: climbing on a motorbike, running on full throttle and dashing up a flight of stairs, flying to the roof of a weapons store . This is where the bandits are gathering, you and Tommy will work together to defeat them to bring back Mitch’s motorbike.

29. Publicity Tour

A fan placed a bomb in the Limo of the Love Fist group, if it was too slow, the bomb would explode and both of them would die.

Implementation: It sounds complicated, but it is actually quite simple. Just hit the gas really hard and keep it at that speed for 2 minutes for Love Fist’s men to approach the car and disarm the bomb.

30. Stunt Boat Challenge

Tommy Vercetti received a phone call on a cell phone he had stolen from Leo Teal from an unnamed Cuban member. After telling the Cubans that he had killed Leo, the Cubans suggested that he drive to Café Robina in Little Havana and talk to Umberto Robina. In the cafe, Umberto confronts Tommy and questions his masculinity. Tommy insults him right away, and Umberto tells him to prove himself by proving he can steer a boat. The race must be completed in three minutes or the mission fails. The mission also fails if the boat is destroyed.
