It was quite a surprise when OG decided to change the lineup before the series opened at the OGA Dota PIT Season 2 tournament. The organization decided on the removal of Syed Sumail.”SumaiL‘ Hassan is out of the team.
OG didn’t share too many details about the decision made, other than thanking “SumaiL for being one of the best players in the world, as well as a great person to work with, and wishing him all the best. in your future journey.
With SumaiL leaving the team, the carry role will be taken by “MidOne“Nai Zheng. Meanwhile, the two-time TI offlaner and the soul of OG for the past four years, Sébastien.”Ceb“Debs is back in action.

Ceb started with OG as a coach in 2016 and he served as the brains behind the team’s four Major championships. As the OG members dispersed, a few months before TI8, Ceb proved himself to be the mainstay of the organization as well as writing a new story in professional Dota 2 history. With him in the offlane role, OG became the first team to win the International twice.
Right after TI9, Ceb decided to hang up the mouse to focus on developing the team from behind. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 epidemic has isolated members from each other. With Midone and Topson in Southeast Asia while SumaiL in the US, the team had no choice but to compete online on the European server. Some members had to play with pings above 200, causing the team to no longer maintain the same form as before.
“I honestly get offended when other teams think they can beat us,” Ceb said as he returned to the starting lineup. He added that he misses playing professionally with his friends.

“I really miss them a lot. We went through everything together. Every team game I play when I’m not around feels like my time is being wasted. I enjoy playing with them more than anything else.” Ceb added.

OG will debut with Ceb in the offlane next week in the Europe and CIS segments of the OGA Dot a PIT Online Seeason 2. The tournament kicks off on July 27 with eight teams competing in double elimination ( lose twice and get eliminated) with a total prize money of $170,000.
