Rockstar has finally confirmed Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to PC. Some details are shared in the announcement, but the studio promises to release the game on November 5. Those who pre-order the game will receive a special bonus on the Rock Star Games Launcher starting October 9.
Red Dead Redemption 2 has long been rumored to be coming to PC, the same way they did with GTA 5. In 2018 there were several leaks suggesting this would happen.
According to Rockstar, the PC version will improve graphics and technical details, as well as bonuses, gang hideouts, and new weapons.
Fans are also quite interested in the game mod field. Rockstar doesn’t officially support GTA mods yet, but that hasn’t stopped the community from getting involved – creating GTA Online roleplay mods, then playing around with the graphics.
In addition to the Rockstar Games Launcher, Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available on the Epic Games Store, Green Man Gaming, and Humble Store, with pre-orders available from October 23. Here’s a bit of a surprise: the Steam version won’t be available. available until December.
