Real Madrid football club has just come up with the idea of ​​​​redoing the Santiago Bernabéu stadium to include its own esports arena. The remake is expected to bring in $176.4 million annually when completed, including revenue from hosting esports events.

Real Madrid, which has yet to participate in any esports, has announced a $617.2 million renovation project for the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The concept video above includes a small introduction to the esports arena with two teams competing in front of a crowd with a big screen in the middle. Construction will begin in 2019 and is expected to take about three and a half years to complete.
