PUBG Update 4.3 Updates Survival Mastery and shotgun DBS

PUBG developers have just updated Update PC 4.3 on Steam’s Community page. The new update adds the Survival Mastery feature – a leveling system for players to describe themselves based on how they play. New Shotgun is also introduced in battle royale, as well as many changes in weapon class.

Survival Mastery

PUBG fans will be able to express themselves with a new leveling system that rewards experience when you loot, use items in combat, gun battles, and revive teammates.

Players can check their actions in the match summary to record everything that they did in the match.

The Survival Playstyle tab will also appear. It is used to analyze all player data and compare your stats with the average in PUBG. It will include things like loot items in each game, distance traveled per game, Hot Drop rate, and damage taken per battle. The three most prominent player stats will be displayed for other players to ‘look through’.

PUBG ID

Players will have an additional PUBG ID to show off their Survival Mastery levels and rewards, as well as badges, backgrounds, and avatars. Your teammates from the previous match can all see it, as well as enemies killed or killed by you.

Badges and wallpapers will reward players every 10 levels achieved in the Survival Mastery system. Standing style is rewarded every 100 levels.

DBS shotgun

DBS is a dual-barreled shotgun that will be included in the Care Package. This shotgun has a 14-round magazine, uses 12-gauge ammo and has extremely high burst damage in a short time. The DBS can mount a variety of scopes, including Holographic, Red Dot Sight, and from 2x to 6x Scopes.

Along with the new gun, the shotguns have also been changed. Shotgun stability will be improved, as will the hit rate, especially at mid-range, and the least amount of damage per small bullet.

Shotgun’s small bullets will now be applied “more realistically” so that the bullet speed decreases over time. Head Damage multiplier reduced from 1.5 to 1.2, and chest damage multiplier reduced from 1 to 0.9. The effective range of the S686, S1897 and Sawed-Off shotgun will be set to 80 meters and they will also be slightly improved, such as faster reload and reload speeds.

The PC Update will be released on the PUBG test server first and will be officially available next week. Players who want to upgrade to the maximum Survivor Pass have until October 16, which is also when the current season ends.
