Capcom had a very successful 2018 with its Monster Hunter franchise. Monster Hunter World not only became a huge hit and broke all of Capcom’s sales records, new information about the sequel to the series has also been confirmed. The latest teaser trailer for the movie Monster Hunter, directed by Paul WS Anderson, has been leaked online.
The trailer is quite short but it shows us the characters, locations and some of the monsters they will face in the movie. The trailer opens with a desert landscape with a character looking out into the distance, presumably the portal that brings people to this location. The trailer quickly switches to the character of captain Natalie Artemis (played by Milla Jovovich of the Resident Evil horror series), along with supporting characters (Ron Perlman and Tony Jaa). As for the monster in the movie, we see Diablos jump out of the desert sands while the game’s dragon Rathalos breaks through the wall of fire at the end of the trailer.
