Minecraft fans received the sad news, the official movie version was delayed

Warner Bros recently announced production pause quite a few of its movie projects and Minecraft is one of them. The set Minecraft movie was originally scheduled to open in 2022, but this deadline has been pushed back.

The original Minecraft movie was slated to release on March 4, 2022. The Hollywood Reporter revealed that The Batman is currently scheduled to be released at that time, with some movies like Dune, The Matrix 4, The Flash and Shazam! Fury of the Gods have all changed their release dates. In addition to Minecraft, Black Adam with the participation of actor Dwayne Johnson is also another film that has been indefinitely postponed.

The Minecraft movie was confirmed to be an action movie in April 2019, with the content revolving around a group of adventurers on a mission to save the Overworld from the Ender Dragon. Fans will probably have to wait a long time to update the next information about the Minecraft movie project.
