Marvel Avengers game

Avengers got a new trailer at E3, and also announced a release date. The game will be available in May 15, 2020. Avengers can play singleplayer or co-op up to 4 people. The game will feature familiar heroes: Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Iron Man, and many new heroes will be added for free after the game’s launch. Marvel’s Avengers is coming to PC and Google Stadia.

The trailer begins with A-Day, at Avengers headquarters in San Francisco. “The ceremony turned into a disaster when a catastrophic accident suddenly occurred. Blamed for this tragedy, the Avengers disbanded. Five years later, when all superheroes are outlaws and the world is about to disappear, the only hope is to rally Earth’s most powerful superheroes.”

Crystal Dynamics, the team that developed the Tomb Raider series, is the main studio, in addition, 3 other studios including Eidos-Montreal, Crystal Northwest and Nixxes Software also cooperate to develop this game. The voice team includes Nolan North as Tony Stark and Troy Baker as Bruce Banner.

Crystal Dynamics’ Megan Marie says this is just the beginning, as the Avengers plan to “debut a multi-year storyline with new content being added continuously.”

“Our promise to the community is that the game won’t have random lootboxes or pay-to-win situations,” Marie said.

During the press conference, Crystal Dynamics head Ron Rosenberg added: “Every new superhero and region will be added at no additional cost to the player, as long as you own the main copy of the game.”
