In update 9.15, defensive races and systems will be greatly increased in strength. Knights, Guardians and Nobles are now more worth using. The Shinobi has been reworked, the Pirate has been buffed, and the Devil has finally been nerfed.

System

Win/lose streak

  • Win/lose streak milestone: changed from 2/5/8 to 2/4/7.

Milestones of the systems

  • Gunner: 6 Gunners will have a chance to attack for 3 more attacks.
  • Gladiator: 6 Gladiators will add 1200 health.
  • Transfiguration: 6 Transfiguration gains 120% more health while transforming.
  • Swordsman: 9 Swordsmen will have a chance to hit 4 more hits.

Player Damage

  • Baby Spider and Daisy damage: reduced from 2 to 1.
  • 4 gold champion (1 star): reduced from 3 to 2.
  • Hero 5 gold (1 star): reduced from 4 to 3.
  • General 3 gold (2 stars): reduced from 4 to 3.
  • General 4 gold (2 stars): reduced from 5 to 4.
  • 5 Gold Hero (2 stars): reduced from 6 to 5.
  • 4 gold champion (3 stars): reduced from 7 to 6.

Market round

  • Champions in the market ring: reduced from 10 to 9.

Killer

  • Assassins will jump earlier and jump faster.
  • Non-Assassin champions move slower at the beginning of the round.
  • Assassins are not targeted early.
  • Evelynn attack damage: increased from 60 to 70.
  • Evelynn skill damage: increased from 200/250/350 to 200/300/400.
  • Katarina ability target count: increased from 3/5/7 to 4/6/8.
  • Rengar attack damage: increased from 65 to 70.
  • Rengar attack speed: increased from 0.55 to 0.6.
  • Rengar ability bonus attack speed: increased from 0.3/0.5/0.7 to 0.4/0.7/1.

Devil

  • Energy Burn Rate: reduced from 25/50/85% to 20/25/60%.
  • Varus skill damage: reduced from 400/600/800 to 300/550/800.
  • Aatrox skill damage: reduced from 400/700/1000 to 250/600/950.
  • Aatrox’s Health: reduced from 750 to 700.
  • Morgana skill damage: reduced from 300/375/450 to 200/325/450.

Dragon

  • Magic Resistance: reduced from 100% magic resistance to 83% magic resistance.
  • Shyvana’s Armor: increased from 20 to 30.
  • Aurelion Sol’s Health: increased from 600 to 650.
  • Aurelion Sol skill damage: increased from 250/450/650 to 250/500/750.

Element

  • Lissandra skill damage: increased from 150/200/250 to 150/275/400.
  • Brand skill damage: increased from 175/325/475 to 200/375/550.

Guardian

  • Armor from Guardian buff increased from 40 armor per stack to 50 armor per stack. Guardians do not buff themselves.
  • Braum armor: increased from 25 to 75.
  • Leona’s armor: increased from 55 to 100.

Knight

  • Block 20/40/80 base attack damage changed to all team block 15/30/55 damage from all sources.
  • Darius Armor: increased from 24 to 40.
  • Garen armor: increased from 35 to 40.
  • Mordekaiser armor: increased from 35 to 40.
  • Sejuani armor: increased from 35 to 40.
  • Sejuani stun duration: increased from 2/3.5/5 seconds to 2/4/6 seconds.
  • Kayle’s Health: reduced from 800 to 750.
  • Kayle armor: increased from 35 to 40.

Fake Rings

  • Changed from (1 Ninja) +40% attack damage / (4 Ninja) +80% attack damage to (1 Ninja) +40% attack damage and ability damage / (4 Rings Fake) +60% attack damage and skill damage.
  • Shen’s attack speed: increased from 0.6 to 0.7.
  • Zed attack speed: increased from 0.6 to 0.65.
  • Zed attack damage: increased from 60 to 65.
  • Kennen skill damage: reduced from 400/650/900 to 225/450/675.
  • Akali skill damage: reduced from 200/375/550 to 150/275/400.

Noble

  • Changed from +100 armor / +35 health per hit to +65 armor and magic resistance / +35 health per hit.
  • Vayne’s attack damage: reduced from 45 to 40.
  • Vayne attack speed: increased from 0.65 to 0.75.
  • Garen’s attack damage: reduced from 55 to 50.
  • Garen attack speed: increased from 0.55 to 0.6.
  • Garen skill damage: changed from 450/585/720 to 360/585/810.
  • Garen: fix not being able to move while rotating.

pirate

  • Average gold per chest: increased from 1.6 to 1.75.
  • Graves attack speed: increased from 0.5 to 0.55.
  • Twisted Fate: reduced card selection time.
  • Twisted Fate skill damage: increased from 100/150/200 to 150/250/350.

Nowhere

  • All champions that ignore 50% armor change to Void champions dealing true damage.
  • Kassadin attack damage: increased from 45 to 55.
  • Kassadin attack speed: reduced from 0.65 to 0.6.
  • Kha’Zix’s ability damage in isolation: increased from 150/250/350 to 150/300/450.
  • Kha’Zix attack damage: increased from 50 to 55.
  • Rek’Sai attack damage: increased from 40 to 50.
  • Rek’Sai’s ability heal: reduced from 300/400/500 to 150/300/450.
  • Cho’Gath attack speed: increased from 0.55 to 0.6.
  • Cho’Gath skill damage: increased from 200/400/600 to 250/500/750.
  • Cho’Gath knockup duration: reduced from 1.5/2/2.5 to 1.5/1.75/2.

Yordle

  • Changed from (3) 25% / (6) 60% dodge changed to (3) 30% / (6) 55% dodge. Also dodges attack effects.
  • Lulu Armor: reduced from 25 to 20.
  • Veigar’s Health: increased from 450 to 500.
  • Gnar attack damage: increased from 45 to 50.

Other generals

  • Blitzcrank mana: reduced from 150 to 125.
  • Ashe’s attack damage: increased from 60 to 65.
  • Kindred attack damage: increased from 55 to 60.
  • Morgana: Cast time increased from 0.35 to 0.5s to equal all other champions.
  • Yasuo attack damage: increased from 65 to 75.
  • Karthus skill damage: increased from 350/600/850 to 400/700/1000.
  • Karthus ability target count: increased from 4/7/10 to 5/9/13.

Equipment

  • Iron Solari necklace with 200 virtual health now changes to 250 virtual health over 4 seconds.
  • Lightning Crossbow damage: reduced from 200 to 150.
  • Silence duration of Silence: reduced from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.
  • Statikk Electric Knife damage: reduced from 100 to 90.

Editing visual effects

  • Akali’s abilities now show hit-boxes.
  • Improved how Gangplank’s gunpowder barrels are placed, and they will persist if Gangplank dies after igniting.
  • Kayle: Added effects when using skills and the image of basic attacks.
  • Modified Kennen’s animation while using the skill.
  • Morgana: Casting time increased to match other champions.
  • Edited Sejuani’s animation while using the skill.
  • Fixed Volibear’s animation on critical hit.

Fixes

  • Rek’Sai now heals from the Chain of Atonement while Apparing.
  • Darkin equipment no longer grants Devil’s mana when equipped during combat.
  • Vayne’s silver arrows no longer work on champions within Shen’s shield.
  • Heart of Ice will no longer be disabled for a round if the semi-champ has it equipped.
  • Dragon’s Claw will not reduce true damage from abilities.
  • The “Play Again” button will return you to the previous room.
  • Voicechat and party will be preserved after the end of the match.
