Step 2: You will be redirected to the Reset Password via SMS page, where you will have to fill in the fields, including:

– account name: your login account name (old account name)
– OTP SMS: use the registered phone number to compose an EB OTP message to 19001530 to get the authentication code. Then enter the verification code in this box.
– A new password: enter the password you want to change
– Enter a new password: enter new password again
– Test code: enter the number displayed next to it.
Click Completed to continue.

If the information you entered is correct, you will receive a successful password reset message.
