Halloween is about to hit Hearthstone’s three-week Hallow’s End event. It includes unique Tarvern Brawls, the return of 23 powerful cards from Wild to Standard, a carnival in the Dual-Class Arena, new Legendary quests, and special rewards.
The biggest change in this year’s spooky festival is Treasures From the Tomb, with 23 Wild cards returning to Standard for the duration of the event. Legendary quests and free card packs
Log into the game during the event to get 5 free card packs – 2x Saviors of Uldum, 2x Rise of Shadows and 1x Rastakhan’s Rumble. No extra requests – you get them for free!
In addition, a new Legendary quest will be opened at the beginning of each week of the event. They will give extra card packs or extra gold! Remember, if your Quest is full, the Legendary Quest will replace one of the current Quests, so try to save up the Quest for next week.
Dual Class Arena
One of the most loved Arena events is back. It works the same as last year. When embarking on a new Arena journey, you choose a class. Then, on the next screen, you’ll choose Hero Power from another class (so, don’t pick the hero you wanted to have Hero Power with in the first place). You will then be able to choose class cards from both classes! This easily creates ‘error’ combos, as they are often unbalanced when played together in a deck.
Weeks 1 and 2 will give away free Arena tickets, for everyone to enjoy.
Players who have run the Arena will have their tickets refunded. That is, if you want to maximize the rewards, you can start an Arena now, play until you lose twice and wait until the event starts – you will get the full reward, and an extra free ticket. more fees!
Besides, the event took place during Arena rotation. Here are the expansions you can choose from:
- Curse of Naxxramas
- Goblins vs. Gnomes
- Blackrock Mountain
- The Grand Tournament
- League of Explorers
- Whispers of the Old Gods
- One Night in Karazhan
- Mean Streets of Gadgetzan
- Journey to Un’Goro
- Knights of the Frozen Throne
- Kobolds & Catacombs
