Obsidian’s Grounded has just launched on Early Access and is quickly on the list of best selling games on Steam and hot on Twitch.
Grounded stayed in the top Steam Top Sellers all day, beating out new releases like Destroy All Humans, Othercide, Death Stranding and Sea of Thieves. The game peaked at 12,543 continuous players on the SteamDB site. It’s roughly equivalent to the first day of Sea of Thieves’ launch, and we’re not counting players jumping from the Windows Store or Game Pass.
Twitch viewers are extremely excited about the game Grounded, which has reached over 200,000 viewers since its launch. This number is supported by many veteran streamers, including Lirk, xQc and Markiplier, but this is still an impressive number on the first day.
