Today, game company EA (Electronic Arts) officially announced the launch of Plants vs Zombies version as pre-alpha on Android and you can register to play early on Google Play right now.

Plants vs Zombies first released in 2009, the blend of humor and strategy is absolutely captivating. It started as a PC game and attracted a large number of players around the world, so EA later expanded the support system from PC to mobile devices.
In 2013, EA released the next extension of PvZ as free, but failed to attract many players. (Series creator George Fan was also not involved in the sequel.)
PvZ3 has looks like it will follow the same gameplay as the previous 2 versions. While EA hasn’t revealed many details about the game, EA says it’s still a free-to-play version, although microtransactions won’t be available in the alpha version. Initial screenshots on Google Play don’t look much different, with lots of cute plants like sunflowers and walnuts protecting the areas from the undead.
“At PopCap, we’ve been working on PvZ for years and wanted to bring plants and zombies to current players and the next generation of players everywhere,” the developer said. “We’re working hard to test a lot of fun things we’d love your feedback on and hope you’ll come on this journey with us!”
Plants vs Zombies 3 was released by EA as a Pre-Alpha on the Play Store and allows users to register to play early. But due to enough users participating in the test, EA has removed this build from the app store.
