What’s new in the OB28 update

Clash Squad

Season 7 ratings

• Clash Squad season 7 starts on June 9
• Players will receive ‘Golden M1014’ when achieving Gold rank III or higher

New Rank: Grandmaster

Players who make it to the top 1000 will be promoted to Grandmaster

• Grandmaster I – Player Rating 1-100
• Grandmaster II – Player Rating 101-300
• Grandmaster III – Player Rating 301-1000

Battle Royale (Classic)

Vending machine

• Loot and adjust buy limit
• Added ammo and armor repair kit
• Increase purchase limit for some items.
• Ground-optimized loot

Revival system

• Time to get respawn: 14 seconds -> 33 seconds
• Cooldown of Revival Points: 150 seconds -> 180 seconds
• Revival points per battle: 9 -> 8

Rating Score Adjustment

• Increase the total output rating of each match for all levels.

Training Island

• Increase the capacity of the Training Area from 20->25
• Added hot air balloons in the social zone
• Added tram crashes in the track
• Added leaderboards to the battle zone.

New game mode Pet Rumble (same as Among Us)

• Starting June 9.
• Four new minigames are added to the mission of scientists.
• A new skill – called “Trap” for pranksters.

Weapons and weapon balance

New Grenades – Ice Grenades (Available in Battle Royale & Clash Squad)

• Explosion Damage: 100
• Blast radius: 5 meters
• Frost radius: 5 meters
• Frost duration: 10 seconds
• Players inside the frozen area will have their movement speed reduced by 10%, and their fire speed reduced by 20%. Also they will deal 5-10/s damage.

New Weapon – Mini UZI (Available in Battle Royale & Clash Squad)

• Base Damage: 17
• Rate of fire: 0.055
• Ammunition: 18 rounds
• Accessories: None

Weapon balance M1917

• Minimum damage increase: 36 -> 45
• Increased effective range: +25%

Kord weapon balance

• Accuracy: +28%
• Shot Rate in Machine Gun Mode: +25%
• Damage multiplier for glue bombs, oil barrels, and vehicles: +100 -> +120%

Weapon balance M60

• Increased damage in machine gun mode: +5.
• Damage multiplier for glue bombs, oil tanks, and vehicles: +60%

Weapon balance Kar98K

• Damage to hands and feet: +25%
• Damage to body: -10%
• Armor Penetration: 0% -> + 40%

Pets and characters

New character: D-Bee

• Skill: Bullet Beats – Shot on the go, movement speed increased by 5/7/9/11/13/15%, accuracy increased by 10/13/17/22/28/35%

Paloma

• Weapon Disposal: 30/60/90/120/150/180–> 45/60/75/90/105/120 will not take up storage space

Clue

• Improved tracking steps
• Scanning radius: 30/35/40/40/45 / 50m–> 50/55/60/65/70/75m
• Scan duration: 5 / 5.5 / 6 / 6 / 6.5 / 7 seconds–> 5 / 5.5 / 6 / 6.5 / 7 / 7.5 seconds
• Cooldown: 50 seconds-> 75/72/69/66/63/60 seconds
• Share enemy location to teammates from skill level 4 -> 1

Laura

• Sharp Shooter: Increases accuracy 10/14/18/22/26/30 -> 10/13/17/22/28/35% when using scope

New pet: Beanie

• Ability: Dashy Duckwalk – While in a crouching position, movement speed increases by 30/40/60%
