CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 is expected to be one of the biggest games coming out in the near future. While Cyberpunk 2077’s launch time has been delayed several times, what about the required configuration to play this game?
Ahead of the Night City Wire event, the developer took to Twitter to say they’ll be “delivering some exciting news that many have requested.”
After the Night City Wire stream, the head of the Cyberpunk 2077 community, Marcin Momot, announced the lowest and recommended configurations so you can prepare before diving into the world of Cyberpunk. Unexpectedly, the configuration is not very demanding – except that you will need a lot of free space in your SSD.

This configuration is actually lower than the stunning graphics we saw from the E3 2019 demo. According to SpielTimes, a representative from CD Projekt Red revealed the hardware that the developer used to show the game demo at E3 2019. They are Intel i7-8700K CPU, 32GB RAM and NVIDIA Titan RTX video card. Along with it is a Samsung 960 SSD 512GB hard drive, a 600W Corsair PSU and an ASUS Motherboard.

With the required configuration not as high as many people think, it seems that CD Projekt has optimized the game a lot during the recent delay.
