Astralis may be recruiting two more members to its CSGO roster, continuing to grow the number of members in its CSGO roster, according to Jarek “DeKay” Lewis.

The Danish tycoon currently has 6 current CSGO members. Astralis previously signed Patrack “es3tag” Hansen in March as Heroic was about to sell es3tag and the lineup to FunPlus Phoenix. The 24-year-old officially joined Astralis on July 1, but he had to wait for his contract with Heroic to expire.

It is unclear at this time whether the new members will replace who in the original lineup or simply work together. Owning more than 5 members in the CSGO squad is gradually attracting attention. Coach Astralis was zonic in an interview in March, when es3tag signed with the organization, saying the decision was to find “long-term form and health” for the team.

“We believe this will improve overall quality. This is also a decision for the health of the players to continue their playing career and the team believes this is the right choice.”

While Astralis is no longer the dominant CSGO team in the world, the Danish team is yet to have a positive result in 2020. The team reached the semi-finals of IEM Katowice in February but finished bottom in the BLAST Premier Spring Series.

As for online results, Astralis finished third last month at ESL Pro League Season 11 Europe and currently has a 4-1 record at ESL One: Road to Rio Europe.
