Control and Death Stranding received 8 nominations at the DICE Awards 2020

Control and Death Stranding are leading the nominations at the 23rd DICE Awards of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences.

(For those of you who are curious, DICE stands for Design, Innovative, Communicate, Entertain – Design, Creation, Communication, Entertainment)

Both games are also leading nominations for the Game Developers Choice Awards. It was followed by two other heavyweights of the year, Disco Elysium and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, with six nominations each. Outer Wilds and Untitled Goose Game received four, while A Short Hike, Mortal Kombat 11, Sayonara Wild Hearts and Resident Evil 2 Remake received three nominations each.

A total of 65 games are nominated for the 2020 categories. The winners will be announced on 13 months. Here is the full list of nominated games
