During the test run of the Battlefield 5 BETA, Digital Foundry recently analyzed the resolution and frame rate of Battlefield 5 on two platforms Xbox One X and PS4 Pro. According to Digital Foundry, the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro versions of Battlefield 5 both use dynamic resolution rendering, none of which reach full native 4K.
Digital Foundry says that although the Xbox One X version of Battlefield 5 has a resolution at 4K (2160p), the actual resolution is usually between 1836p and 1944p. While the PS4 Pro version of Battlefield 5 has a much lower resolution, although the target resolution is 1800p, the resolution of most scenes is only 1296p.
In terms of frame rates, the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro are mostly between 50-60 fps. The minimum frame rate for Xbox One X is 45 fps and the minimum for PS4 Pro is 40 fps. But anyway, this is just a Beta version, wait until the Official version is released, maybe there will be a change in resolution and fps.
