Many Harvest Moon titles have landed on Switch, including Light of Hope and the 2019 remake of Friends of Mineral Town. Now, a new Harvest Moon game called One World is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Farm and life simulation games are taking the world by storm lately. Players are enjoying the latest Animal Crossing game, making it the best-selling Switch game. Meanwhile, remakes of classic sim games are constantly on the market. Now, developer Harvest Moon has just announced a brand new title for the series.
Created by developer Natsume popular with sim game fans, Harvest Moon: One World will include new locations for players to explore. The game will feature some new characters and some fans will recognize the familiarity of the game. The new storyline will let players find out why fruits and vegetables no longer exist, and then go find the reason why.
Also known as Farm Story or Story of Seasons, Harvest Moon games have spanned decades and generations of consoles. However, this series has lost its popularity in recent years, due to many new good games being developed inspired by this series.
It looks like this new title will mix old and new. Natsume hasn’t developed the Harvest Moon game for a while, and now they’re ready with a new eninge and vastly improved graphics. This is good news for those who hope the game will have beautiful graphics and many interesting changes.
