1. Champion/Hero/Unit

– Blitzcrank: Fixed a bug for other allies to prioritize attacking targets that Blitzcrank pulled.
– Elise: Character’s base attack damage increased from 40 to 45 and Spiderling damage increased by 40 to 50.
– Karthus:
+ Skill damage now: 400/700/1000 reduced to 350/600/850
Skill target range from 5/9/13 to 5/7/9
– Kayle: Mana cost when using skills increased to 125
– Pyke: Stun duration reduced from 2/2.5/3 to 1.5/2/2.5
– Rengar: When using skill attack speed reduced from 0.4/0.7/1.0 to 0.3/0.5/0.7
– Twisted Fate
Base health increased: 450 to 500
+ Base attack damage: 40 to 50
– Veigar: Ultimate damage increased from 300/500/700 to 300/550/800

2. Items/Equipment

– Angel Armor: HP after revival reduced from 1000 to 800
– Guinsoo’s Crazy Blade: Attack speed per stack from 4% to 5%
– Demon Letter Morello: Burn damage 25% down to 20%
– Ma Vu Song Kiem: Now allows the owner (or equipped champion) to dodge critical hits from the skill.
– Runaan’s Rage: Physical attack damage increased by 25% to 75%
– Statikk Electric Knife: Damage is greatly increased when there are only 4 surviving targets on the field.
– Ỷ Heavenly Sword: Activation rate increased by 5% to 7%

3. Fix bug

– Fixed a bug that caused players to get stuck in the match loading screen until the first round of the carousel. This bug has been fixed since last week.
