What’s HOT in the update 9.23 Truth Arena?

Teamfight Tactics version 9.23 League of Legends officially launched with the return of ranked mode. In this version there will be a lot of changes to balance the game as well as fix existing bugs. Teamfight Tactics version 9.23 will focus on editing the strength of 2 and 3-star generals along with increasing the strength of 1-star troops.

2. Changes in Clans and Attributes

– Ice:

Stun chance reduced from: 20%/40%/60% to 20%/35%/50%.

– Light:

The amount of healing will be based on the maximum health of the dead unit instead of the health of the unit receiving the healing.

– Country:

Mana regeneration increased from 15/30/50 to 15/35/60.

– Dark:

Bonus damage reduced from 50%/100% to 45%/85%.

– Guardian:

Armor bonus increased from 125%/275%/450% to 150%/300%/450%.

3. 3 star champion strength ratio

3-star generals will be strengthened to deserve what players spend to own them.

– Generals with 2 money:

Jax: Skill damage increased from 150/250/350 to 150/250/450.

Leblanc: Skill damage increased from 200/450/700 to 200/450/800.

Neeko: Skill damage increased from 100/200/300 to 100/200/350.

Syndra: Skill damage increased from 175/350/525 to 175/350/600.

Thresh: Armor increased from 250/400/550 to 250/400/600.

Volibear: Skill damage increased from 200/350/700 to 200/450/850.

Syndra has a very strong buff.

– 3 money generals:

Aatrox: Skill damage increased from 250/500/750 to 250/500/1000.

Ezreal: Skill damage increased from 200/400/600 to 200/400/800.

Kindred: Skill damage increased from 150/325/500 to 150/325/650.

Nautilus stun duration increased from 3/4/5s to 3/4/6s.

Nautilus: Skill damage increased from 100/200/300 to 100/200/400.

Sion: Skill damage increased from 200/400/600 to 200/400/800.

4. Champion balance

– 1 money generals

Ivern: Armor reduced from 200/400/600 to 200/350/500.

Maokai: Passive healing reduced from 100/200/300 to 100/175/250.

Nasus: Skill damage changed from 35/70/105 to 50/70/90.

Nasus: Ability health gain changed from 200/400/600 to 250/400/550.

Taliya: Mana amount changed from 50/85 to 50/80.

Taliya: Skill stun duration increased from 1.5s to 2s.

Vayne: Damage changed from 8%/12%/16% to 9%/12%/15% of target’s maximum health.

Vladimir: Skill damage and healing reduced from 200/350/500 to 200/325/450.

Vayne and the Lights were nefted a lot.

– 2 money generals

Malzahar: Summoned monster reduced health from 300 to 250.

Rek’Sai: Skill damage reduced from 200/550/900 to 200/550/850.

Skarner: Mana changed from 0/75 to 0/65.

Skarner: Armor increased from 30 to 35.

Thresh: Armor salary increased from 200/300/400 to 250/400/600.

Yasuo: Slash count changed from 3/5/7 to 4/5/6.

Ezreal: Mana changed from 0/40 to 0/30.

Ezreal: Fire duration changed from 0.5 to 0.25.

– 4 money generals

Ashe: Attack speed changed from 0.7 to 0.8.

Brand: Skill damage changed from 250/450/650 to 300/450/600.

Brand: Ability bounces changed from 4/5/20 to 5/6/20.

Malphite: Health increased from 800 to 850.

Olaf: Mana changed from 0/75 to 0/90.

Yorick: Your health reduced from 750/1250/1750 to 600/1000/1400.

Yorick: Your attack speed changed from 0.8 to 0.7.

Yorick is heavily nefted.

– 5 money generals

Singed: Health reduced from 1050 to 950.

Singed: Skill damage reduced from 250/500/2000 to 200/400/2000.

Taric: Health increased from 850 to 900.

5. Equip

– Ice heart: Attack speed reduction changed from 35% to 25%.

– Angel Armor: Can’t heal while respawning.

– Frost Gloves: Attack speed reduction changed from 35% to 25%.

– Lightning crossbow: Damage reduced from 100 to 90.

6. Ranked Mode

– Start ranked mode from this version.
– All players will be ranked Iron.
– No LP loss for the first 5 matches.
– Do not lose points for being in the top 4 or higher
