Valve’s Dota Underlords officially joins Auto Chess

Earlier this year, Dota Auto Chess was released on Steam, quickly becoming a HOT product for Dota players or not. With its popularity, Auto Chess is only a matter of time until it becomes a standalone release.

A few weeks ago, Valve revealed that the company had quite a few plans for Auto Chess, and announced they would be working on a special standalone version of the game with more details and coming soon. Early this morning, Valve officially launched Dota Underlords, a special standalone version of Dota 2 Auto Chess.

The game news comes just days after Chinese game publisher Dragonest revealed Auto Chess, a clone of Dota 2 Auto Chess without any of the game’s iconic characters. According to a post on Dota Underlords’ personal page, the game will be a completely standalone version, allowing players to take on seven opponents in a battle filled with strategy and wits.

When the Open Beta kicked off, Dota Underlords was freely available through the Steam copyrighted game company, on iOS and Android operating systems. This is pretty big news for Dota 2 Auto Chess mod fans, and it’s great to see Valve release a standalone version that players will be able to enjoy from anywhere.
