Ubisoft announces a new mobile game based on the popular IP shooting RPG The Division

Tom Clancy’s The Division once made everyone look back when the first trailer was released, delivering incredible images. Although when it officially launched in 2016 on PS4 and Xbox One, the game didn’t quite show the full range of details depicted in the trailer, it did mark the debut of the Snowdrop game engine. The broken and gritty world of Division is coming to the mobile platform under the name of The Division Resurgence. Ubisoft describes it as an AAA experience with a new storyline set in “the vast, open world of New York City”. The Division series is a role-playing shooter, set in New York, when the city is hit by a virus. Through a third-person perspective, The Division Resurgence gives an impression almost identical to the original on consoles, with a detailed open urban world. The developer promises that Resurgence will provide a “unique perspective on the events revolving around The Division 1 & 2”. Players will be able to explore the game’s world in solo or co-op mode, participating in PvE activities ranging from story missions to world activities.

Division Resurgence will release in F2P and bring in new storylines, villains, and factions. As an agent of the Strategic Inland Division (SHD), the player’s mission is to restore order, protect civilians against hostile factions, and help them rebuild a good future. more beautiful.

Ubisoft emphasizes that mobile players will receive many of the same quality Division experiences on consoles. The developer also claims that Resurgence is an extension of the series’ natural universe, but the controls and some aspects of the gameplay have been adjusted to adapt to the look and feel of mobile devices. The team behind Division Resurgence commented: “We feel very fortunate that the mobile market has come this far where our ambitious game can thrive.”
