Dead Rising

Supermarkets can be hell. It’s even worse when this is a gathering place for zombies. Fortunately, Frank West (the main character of Dead Rising) is ready to fight. Dead Rising has many versions, each expanding the environment in the game, the weapons are bigger and the zombies are more fierce.

Left 4 Dead

Valve enters the zombie world with an excellent four-player multiplayer game that pits you and three companions against brutal zombies. Without cooperation, death is inevitable. Valve has only released two parts so far, but they are both masterpieces that make people wonder when Left 4 Dead 3 will be released. We can surmise that this is a game developed by the team that made Half-Life 3. (and Half-Life 3 is… still unknown when it will appear).

Telltale Games: The Walking Dead

The series from Telltate Games have excellently combined storytelling with moments of intense gameplay. With the Walking Dead series, Telltate Games has created a wonderful world out of the Walking Dead comics (as well as the TV series). The game will force you to make difficult decisions and partly affect the consequences that follow in the following games.

Zombies Ate My Neighbors

If you are under the age of 25, you probably won’t know about this game. The classic super product on the Super Nintendo and Sege Genesis systems is a battle between young people and zombies in the neighborhood. The game has beautiful graphics, humor, addictive gameplay and is a must-try game for those who are passionate about classic games.

Resident Evil 2

It would be a mistake to skip the Resident Evil series, and in this list, Resident Evil 2 is the game of choice. While the first part acquaints players with the cruel Umbrella organization, Resident Evil 2 offers a larger environment, scarier enemies, and more. Resident Evil 2 is one of those great games that fans are asking for a remaster. The Resident Evil 2 Remake will be released in January 2019, but its gameplay will be different from the original. It is best that you try the first version 2 to feel the horror in Raccoon City.

The Last of Us

In the top 10 zombie games, this is probably the game with the best story, with the close relationship between Ellie and the main character Joel. Although the enemies the player faces in the game are not traditional zombies, they are willing to eat anything that moves. And the sequel to the game will definitely make us look forward to following Ellie’s journey.

Dying Light

Multiplayer co-op, Mirror’s Edge-like Parkour, large cities, day and night time – this is a great must-play for any zombie fan. Dying Light was developed by the same team that made Dead Island (Dead Island is also a candidate on this list, but unfortunately did not make it). The next version of the game will be released in 2019, and for the time being, everyone should experience the first part of this masterpiece.

Plants vs Zombies

There’s a bit of humour. You control a group of plants with the sole task of preventing them from crossing your yard. It sounds boring, but this addictive game used to storm a lot. The success of Plants vs Zombies gave the game a second and then third-person shooter series, while still retaining the pure humor of the game.

Call of Duty: World at War (Zombies Mode)

After completing the Call of Duty: World at War campaign, players are presented with a surprise after the credits end. Trapped in a building with three other people, with hordes of zombies smashing through every window, nook, and anywhere they can get in. Survival is the only thing that matters. This minigame quickly became one of the most popular modes of the franchise. Since then, nearly every Call of Duty game has included a Zombie mode. And the Call of Duty Zombies craze has not ended, it will once again be one of the focal points of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Bloodborne

Another game on this list that doesn’t include traditional zombies, but they have a zombie-like appearance and are ready to become a nightmare for players. The challenging action-adventure game has created a large fan base for this game. Bloodborne 2 is currently in development and we will soon know the release date of this title.
