On February 19, 2017, Nikola “NiKo” Kovac was acquired by FaZe from mouz. It was a historic transfer for both organizations. An auspicious start for oskar and he soon established himself as the right awper for mouz. But then, the lineup started to change. Their next move is to bring ChrisJ back to the lineup. He’s proven that he can play in multiple positions and that’s the key to keeping his place on mouz’s roster compared to other players. He is a better player than them and unlike them ChrisJ can change his playstyle to fit the squad and he has the ability to be the captain. In the old squad, ChrisJ played as an awper. With the new roster he gave up the main awper position to Oskar and became the secondary awper on CT side and the entry fragger on T side.

Mouz’s next step is to recruit Robin “ropz” Kool. This is the player who made waves in FPL matches and other players thought he was cheating. To prove his innocence he went to Faceit’s office and played there. Mouz quickly recruited this player and ropz has improved a lot since then. Fans were amazed at the success of mouz as everyone thought they were over. People say they’re as successful as when they were with NiKo, but they’re actually even more successful. This roster has improved a lot as they finished top 4 at DreamHack Tours and top 5-6 at the ESL Proleague Season 5 Finals.
