Until now, players have not seen Ada Wong – the second character who plays an important role in Leon’s plot in the original Resident Evil 2. However, the latest image that has just been leaked gives us a new look at Ada.
This photo posted on Reddit shows Ada Wong in a completely new look, with sunglasses, a scarf and a long coat. Ada’s familiar red dress can be hidden under that coat, unless the developer decides to go the other way. The leaked image is completely accurate, Capcom has acknowledged.
Ever since E3 introduced the Resident Evil 2 Remake, Capcom has mostly shown Leon S. Kennedy in trailers, gameplay, and promotional content. However, a few weeks ago, the studio finally revealed the design for Claire Redfield, the game’s other protagonist. Claire stands next to a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, the vehicle she uses to get to Raccoon City.
Capcom’s decision to remake Resident Evil 2 seems to be on the right track, as the game is increasingly expected. A few days ago, Resident Evil 2 Remake director Kazunori Kadori said that Capcom is open to the idea of remaking a remake of the first Resident Evil – the most remake game in this series.
Before that, the first Residnet Evil was remade in 2002, the remaster continued in 2015 and has many versions such as Director’s Cut and Dual Shock. Of course, it would be better for Capcom to focus on creating new games instead of remaking old ones.
