State of Decay 2 was first released in May 2018. This is a survival zombie game but it is only available on the Microsoft Store. Now, that won’t be the case anymore. State of Decay 2 has been posted on Steam and is expected to launch early next year.
The Steam page doesn’t have many details at the moment, but says the game will support cloud save, achievements, and cross-platform multiplayer. Developer Undead Lab confirmed on stateofdecay.com that the Steam version will support Xbox Live crossplay, meaning Steam, Windows Store and Xbox One will be able to play together.
More information on the Steam version will be announced during a November 25 livestream on Twitch, YouTube, and Mixer.
