Overkill’s The Walking Dead Releases Next Character Trailer: Grant

Months ago, Overkill Software revealed Aidan, the first character in the upcoming The Walking Dead title. A few weeks ago, the studio continued to release a second character named Maya. And now, Overkill has decided to release the movie trailer to let everyone know about the game’s third character: Grant.

As you can see in the latest trailer of the game, Grant is described as an old man who always carries a reliable aiming gun, and he is walking alone on the highway towards the US capital Washington DC. As for the character, Grant seems to have a cynical sense of humour, as he sits in his car and drinks a bottle of whiskey left in the car. He drank while recounting his granddaughter with a zombie who had lost all of his lower jaw being trapped by the seat belt.

The trailer shows that Overkill’s The Walking Dead has an impressive plot and graphics, we can guarantee that people will see real gameplay from the game soon. Due to the lack of that part, what we can do is predict the character’s skills. Aidan is a melee fighter – with a baseball bat as his weapon – and former nurse Maya has the ability to heal. Grant alone can be a long-range combat character with his aiming gun.

With three characters already announced in Overkill’s The Walking Dead, fans may know one more. It’s the woman with the red bandage on her head: most likely the last on the list of playable characters. While little is known about each of them, the studio has confirmed that the game will have additional skins for them so players can decorate their characters. Hopefully Overkill will soon announce the gameplay for fans to see.

Overkill’s The Walking Dead is currently scheduled for a Fall 2018 release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
