- Propaganda: Galio health reduced from 1800 to 1600
- Damage reduced from 150 to 125
Strengthened Guardian system – buff:
- Shield increased from 175/250/325 to 175/250/400
Power down on Souls – nerf:
- Attack speed reduced from 35/90% to 35/80%

Champion 1 Gold:
- Diana: number of orbits from skills increased from 3/4/6/10 to 4/5/6/10
- Lissandra: Skill damage increased from 300/400/600/900 to 350/450/600/900
- Nami: Stun duration increased from 2 / 2.5 / 3 to 2.5 / 3/4 seconds
- Vayne: Attack speed increased from 0.8 to 0.9
Champion 2 Gold:
- Annie: skill damage increased from 200/300/450 to 250/350/450, shield count increased from 400/600/900 to 500/700/900
- Aphelios: Skill duration increased from 6/7/8/11 to 7/8/9/11 seconds
- Hecarim: Heal increased from abilities 250/350/500 to 250/400/600
- Jax: attack speed increased from 0.65 to 0.75, initial mana / max mana reduced from 50/125 to 50/100
3 Gold Heroes:
Xin Zhao:
- Base mana cost / max reduced from 0/50 to 0/30
- Skills will now count as basic attacks (healing from Blood Swords rather than Heals, counts as 1 attack for Electric Knife / Rageblade)
Yuumi:
- Skill health regen increased from 30/45/60% to 30/45/75%
- Skill attack speed increased from 30/40/50% to 30/40/60%
Veigar
- Choose target changed from Lowest HP Fort Lowest total health
- Magic damage increased per life increased from 1/2/5 to 1/2/4
- Skill damage reduced from 500/650/1150 to 500/650/1000
Jinx
- Skills will be counted as skill attacks instead of basic attacks
General 4 Gold
Riven:
- Shield and Damage “received” drastically reduced from 175/250/1000 to 175/250/750
- Fan attack damage reduced from 300/450/2000 to 300/450/1500
Shen:
- Armor increased from 50 to 60
- Base mana / max reduced from 60/125 to 50/100
- Shield and taunt duration increased from 4/4/4 to 4/4/8 seconds
Hero 5 Gold:
Lee Sin:
- Initial / max mana reduced from 0/50 to 0/40
Yone:
- Base mana / max reduced from 0/100 to 0/80
Sett:
- Initial / max mana reduced from 50/125 to 75/175
Zilean:
- You won’t be able to cast it on yourself from now on (still can be cast on other Zileans)
4. Equipment changes in Teamfight Tactics – TFT 10.20
Vong Yin Luden
- Damage increased from 180 to 200
Electric Knife:
- Damage increased from 80 to 85
Fire Armor:
- Burn damage duration increased from 1 second to 2 seconds.
5. Fixed minor bugs that appeared and exist from old TLDs
Aphelios’s turrets will vanish as soon as he is killed, replacing them for 0.24 seconds as they are now.
Sett will no longer be able to return to the field, instead disappear only when Lee Sin is defeated.
Thresh, Warwick, and XinZhao’s picks have been increased to match those champions’ sizes.
Nami’s CC effect will not be interrupted or replaced by other champion’s effects (Example Lulu).
Vi will be able to cast long range spells when equipped with Cannon Barrage.
Lee Sin will not be able to knockout knockouts on champions that are immune to CC, as they are currently.
