Instructions to temporarily lock League of Legends ingame accounts

Instructions to send a request to temporarily lock your League of Legends or Garena ingame account

To submit a request for support to lock your Garena account, League of Legends, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit Garena’s support page HERE and select “Account Support”.

Step 2: In the “Lost account” choose “Account stolen (hacked)“.

Step 3: Scroll down to section 4. Request to temporarily lock Garena account, click on the word “here” as shown in the image below.

Step 4: If you have not logged into your Garena account, the system will ask you to log in, proceed to fill in your Garena login information and select “Login now”.

Step 5: Select “I need help” as shown in the image below.

Step 6: Fill in the required information, most importantly, the email and phone number to verify the Garena account. In the “Email verification status” and “Phone” sections, it is important to choose “Altiated” or “Discontinued” according to your current usage status.

Step 7: Continue to fill in the required information, “Account lockout time” closest to the time of sending support. The “Title” and “Details” sections can be filled out according to the form shown in the image below. Press “Send Support” after finishing.

The Garena team will receive support requests and process them as quickly as possible to help you protect your account.
