Many rumors are gradually being confirmed as Cloud9 announced the transfer of Damian “daps” Steele, Timothy “autimatic” Ta, and Kenneth “koosta” Suen to Gen.G.

Gen.G also confirmed from their side and revealed the CSGO lineup. The remaining two members are yet to be announced. The organization said “two more players will be announced in the coming weeks” on its Twitter account.

The first rumors surfaced after Cloud9 finished last in BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen: the team drew only 1 and lost 4. Cloud9 later withdrew from DreamHack Open Atlanta due to “internal issues”.

The assistant coach also follows in the footsteps of the trio and will become the head coach at Gen.G.

This leaves Cloud9’s CSGO roster with only Oscar “mixwell” Cañellas, substitute member Tyson “TenZ” Ngo and coach James “JamezIRL” Macaulay. JamezIRL said that Cloud9 sees this as an opportunity to rebuild and will announce future plans.

With so many people kicked or transferred at Complexity, OG and others joining and rebuilding, it’s hard to predict who Gen.G and Cloud9 will pick.

Gen.G’s provisional lineup is as follows:

United States Timothy “automatic” I
Canada Damian “daps” Steele
United States Kenneth “koosta” Suen

Australia Chris “Elmapuddy” Tebbit (Coach)

Cloud9’s current lineup:

Spain Oscar “mixwell” Cañellas
Canada Tyson “TenZ” Dainty

United States James “JamezIRL” Macaulay (coach)
