Fans are indignant because Avengers has Spider-Man but misses the largest number of gamers in the world

To the fans of MarvelMarvel’s Avengers is definitely the most attractive game at the moment. Although the game is slated to launch at the end of any year, there’s still a lot of new stuff for fans to learn. Recently, the publisher of Marvel’s Avengers has just announced that the game will have the appearance of Spider-Manhowever version-specific only PlayStation.​

The above announcement comes from PlayStation Europe, according to which Spider-Man will appear in the Marvel’s Avengers DLC, but only monopoly on consoles of Sony like PS4 and PS5. Soon the developer Crystal Dynamics also announced on the official Twitter that Spider-Man will be updated to the game around early 2021

Of course the addition of new superheroes of Marvel Universe into the game is what gamers want to see, but exclusivity is a different story. It is possible that because Sony owns the rights to Marvel’s Spider-Man, this character can only appear in the PlayStation version of the game. This makes many fans feel extremely angry, even players who do not own PlayStation feel betrayed because even if they buy the same game, they will only be able to play less content.​

However, it must be said that console-exclusive titles and content are nothing new to the gaming industry. But don’t get angry because maybe the PlayStation exclusive Spider-Man will have the PC version with Hawkeye, the Xbox version will have Guardians of the Galaxy characters or something like that. And certainly after the release, the developer will continue to release DLC and new characters to attract players. Marvel’s Avengers will launch on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 platforms on September 4.​
