Ever since Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok first entered the pro scene under SK Telecom T1 in Season 3 (2013), he has proven to everyone why he is the number one mid player in the world that up to now, it is difficult for anyone to say that they will overthrow this “cabbage-haired” guy. As a Mid player of SKT, he has become the representative of League of Legends, and can also be said that he is the face of Esport games in general at the present time.
It’s been almost 4 years since joining SKT, and it’s no secret that Mid lane is his home ground. But there is one truth that not everyone knows about the “King” of League: he is an extremely, extremely quality jungle player.
If you’ve watched Faker’s stream on Twitch a few times, you’ll notice that he sometimes enjoys climbing ranks in other positions, like Top lane, ADC, and most especially the jungle position. When playing in the jungle position, from cold-blooded Assassins to “buffalo” Tankers, he pulled them all out to play, and if there’s a chance to see Faker holding Jarvan or Nidalee around the map, it’s time. You will wonder: Does Faker never get bored of any position?
Honestly, we’re not too sure about that statement, but there’s one thing you should know: AFK as soon as you see Faker in the jungle.
