Back in 1999, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater The original introduced the world of skate fans and players to the iconic Warehouse level. The first playable zone brought fame to the decades-long series, and now a new demo for the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 remake takes us back to where it all started. . The Warehouse Demo will be open to all players who pre-ordered the game starting August 14, and here’s some information you need to know about it.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Warehouse Demo – What you need to know

Some skateboarding techniques that you can apply in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2
* Manual
When a skateboarder puts the skateboard on the ground, briefly clicking the up then down commands (forward and backward) will cause them to lean towards the back of the board so that only 2 wheels touch the ground ( go by 1 axis). This position is balanced using the same commands, otherwise the front wheel of the board will hit the ground and end the Manual technique, or the skater will fall backwards.

* Nose Manual
Similar to Manual, except it’s done by swiping commands quickly down, then up to indicate the front two wheels of the board hit the ground.

* Flatland Tricks
While doing Manual or Nose Manual, pressing the buttons set up for the Grind, Flip and Grab commands will allow the skater to perform techniques like Casper, Pogo.

* Revert
The Revert swing is also present in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 and in this demo. When you’re skating on surfaces with steep slopes such as a semicircle or a high-walled tube slide on either side, pressing the position-switching mapping buttons will allow you to rotate the board 180 degrees and earn bonus points.

* Sniper Transfer
If there is another large ramp surface facing the current ramp surface (2 semicircular pitches or 2 high walled pipe slides on either side side by side), press the same Revert command while tossing airman will allow you to “fly” continuously from surface to surface and get extra bonus points.

* Acid Drop
If you perform an Ollie, No Comply, Boneless, Nollie, or Fakie Ollie move on a surface with a large ramp and press the commands used to reverse, you will land during the transition, allowing you to gain more momentum and start or continue a combo with a Revert when Manual or Nose Manual.

* Wall Ride
If you slide on a vertical or nearly vertical wall and press the button used to grind, you will slide along the wall. You will then receive additional bonus points and start or continue a combo.

* Wall Plant
If you slide on a surface with a steep slope and the command is used to perform the Boneless move, you will leave the board and press your foot against the surface to gain momentum and change direction before placing your foot back on the board. .

* Switch between moves
You can switch between techniques by double tapping the Grind, Grab or Flip button while performing another move.

Old and new techniques
Along with the other customizable features in this demo like in the settings, you will be able to customize and rearrange Tony Hawk’s list of skateboarding techniques.

In other words, Tony will be ready to skate with The 900, Kickflip McTwist and Overturn Grind 5-0. However, there are 2 more special technical positions being opened. Want Tony to do the Rowley Dark Slide move like street skater icon Geoff Rowley? So what about Tony trying out some crazy moves like new skaters like Aori Nishimura’s Hardflip Backside Nose Pick? All moves and techniques are available to choose from in those open positions or replace Tony’s original techniques. Not only special techniques, Grab, Flip and Lip movements can also be customized and reset.
