Epic Games Store continues to give away free games and this time it’s Torchlight 2, the action RPG game by Runic Games.
Runic Games, a studio that closed in 2017, was founded by longtime gaming experts, including Max and Erich Schaefer, the creators of the Diablo series. The first part Torchlight has many similarities with Blizzard’s action RPG game.
Torchlight 2 released in 2012 continued that successful formula, offering dungeon experiences and class-based hack-n-slash action. The game has vivid graphics that are highly appreciated by experts.
Torchlight 2 will be available for free on the Epic Games Store and will continue until July 23. Its replacement will be the dungeon crawler game Next Up Hero, and the fantasy adventure game Gone Home from developer Fullbright.
