A valuable collection of game discs has just been found in an abandoned house.
It is hard to believe that discovering an abandoned house full of cockroaches and dirt that has been locked for more than 20 years can earn more than 2.2 billion VND. In the nearly 25-minute video, Aimee and Korbin show viewers a house filled with various miscellaneous items including cockroaches. After digging around, they suddenly discovered a “forgotten treasure” including a collection of super rare game discs such as The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker, Resident Evil Chainsaw Controller, etc…. They even found tons of Blockbuster-branded VHS tapes and stacks of Game Informer magazines.
The treasure hunting duo has revealed the true location of this house to viewers. Some viewers even paid a very high price to buy this collection of game discs by Aimee and Korbin. This treasure hunting video immediately became a topic of discussion among the gaming community, especially gamers who like to collect antique game discs when the video attracted more than 70,000 views.
This is not the first time that the discovery of a collection of game discs in storage has brought great value. An extremely rare game disc of Super Mario 64 was sold for $1.5 million earlier this summer. Most recently, a rare version of the Game and Watch sold for $9,000 at an auction in Japan.
The reason why the house was abandoned and who lived in it was revealed by Aimee and Korbin in the second video.
