Some of the best Dota 2 cosplayers appeared at The International 2019, leaving the audience in awe and admiration.
The final three teams of the tournament have been determined, with the TI8 champion, OG, returning to the finals. They might meet PSG.LGD again for a re-enactment of the classic TI8 final, but before that happens, Dota 2 fans will get to witness the cosplay competition first.
Cosplay competitions at Dota tournaments are full of quality, and at The International this time, great cosplayers appear. We get to see unique hero skins for Mirana, Earthshaker, Treant, and more.
Before the match between Team Secret and Vici Gaming, fans in attendance at the stadium got a glimpse of the cosplayers.
Cosplayers include Shadow Fiend costumes that look like a robot, Tinker with lights in the back, or Earthshaker with floor coverings that give the impression that the hero has just destroyed the ground.
Among them, the most prominent is the cosplayer ‘Becky’ with the hero Mirana riding her animal Sagan.
However, the $3,000 prize for the best skin goes to the hero Treant, with the Protector skin set.
The cosplayer’s amazing craftsmanship left the judges wondering how they came up with the design.
Thanks to the cosplayers participating in The International 2019, the standard for this costume contest has been pushed to a new level. At The International 10, the contestants need to work harder if they want to become the cosplayer champion.
